Our big group made a reservation on a Saturday dinner, and there were plenty of other tables open. They're located on the 2nd floor of Chinatown Plaza, very conveniently next to 99 ranch for grocery shopping after dinner! As in most restaurants, some dishes were hit, some were miss (listed below). Prices are pretty average-ish high (cheaper than China mama), and portion sizes are reasonable. They gave complimentary soup-dessert! That was a fantastic touch. Rice is not free ($1 each), which is what it is... WOULD recommend: 1) Pork Chop with Salt and Pepper - Well salted, meat has plenty of flavor 2) French Style Beef - although this dish is more expensive, the beef is cubed, fantastically seasoned, and not tough at all - Flavor is a little Asian-ized 3) Honey Walnut Shrimp - Big shrimp pieces, not crispy (like American style is), but it is saucy and creamy NOT recommend: 1) Chicken with lemongrass and chili - This was straight up WEIRD!!! Flavor was off, it was overly spicy and numbing, and just not enjoyable 2) Crispy Fried Tofu - They give like 6 pieces of tofu. NOT GREAT!!! Portion was tiny, it was literally just some tofu, and that was it. Rip off. 3) Yang Chow Chow Fried Rice - Flavor was acceptable, but there are WAY better places to go for this. Their portion sizes are very small as well for fried rice. Not possible to share this with a bigger group.

I have been dining at Capital Seafood for years now and I cannot believe haven't written a yelp review on this gem of a restaurant! Maybe I was subconsciously gate keeping it lol. It is located on the second floor of Pacific Asian Plaza. Right above 99 ranch market. It's the perfect place to dine a large group of friends or the whole family! The generous portions for the price is unbeatable. It's Perfect for sharing or taking home leftovers. The food is always hot and fresh. The Menu is HUGE, so you are bound to find something you like or discover something new! Service is efficient, I wouldn't describe it as "cheery or friendly" but the servers are always respectful and attentive. I think it's typical of Asian restaurants that primarily serves Asian language speakers/community. I'm actually starting to think Language barrier is equals to crazy-delicious food! Haha! Food is a universal language after all! 10/10 highly recommend!

Busy place and though busy they handle the traffic well. We were seated in five minutes. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Of course going to a Chinese restaurant with a Chinese national does make a difference! We had tilapia shrimp and duck with a Vietnamese spring roll for an appetizer. All so very good. Awesome place to dine. Oh yes they have Jinro 24 yes ! I give them five stars for excellent performance!

We met up for dinner with my team. We weren't sure what to order to share, there was too many people at the round table. One guy doesn't eat seafood and another allergic. I decided on the 10 course meal with half seafood and non seafood dishes. Food was good, however we sat by the windows and it was hot. I think their air conditioning was not the best, we were sweating while eating.

Located on the second floor. For a newcomer like myself don't be confused about what restaurant you are entering. The location has 2 names but the same Vietnamese/Chinese restaurant. This place serves both pho and Hong Kong-style dishes. When you get seated you'll be given 2 menus. We ate here at dinner time and this seems more like a popular local place for Chinese food. We opted to use the Chinese menu since nobody had pho. Ordered a combination of fried rice, half-roast duck, and sweet sour pork. The food is good and good portions to share. We're a party of 3 and this was more than enough. The food season was perfect the chef didn't have a heavy hand on the seasoning it season perfect to my taste. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Yes, it will be my go-to Chinese restaurant in Vegas.

Venturing into Las Vegas's Chinatown, we decided to try Capital Seafood and our group of 6 had a delightful experience. Their recommended dishes, including lobster, chicken, and beef, were all excellently prepared. The "lazy Susan" table setup made sharing among our group of 6 easy, and the restaurant felt authentically Chinese, especially with our friend ordering in Chinese. For a break from the Strip, I highly recommend exploring Chinatown as it is a short ride via Uber or Lyft. Check out Capital Seafood for a unique dining experience that is a welcome break from the Strip!
